A car put into drive will move itself. A corpse with weight on the gas pedal will move it even faster. Did you not hear the gas pedal still engaged after the car was brought to a stop? You are an absolute retard, and I feel sorry for your guardian.

If his feet go limp, he can't press the gas pedal. If his foot is on the brake and it comes off, that's the highest idling car I've ever seen. Mine probably moves at about 5 mph if I let off the brake while it's in drive.
Ya see, cause driving off has never been considered a "well, now we can shoot em" offense unless we're talking about a murderer on the run.
The list of people who've tried to run after being pulled over for a suspended license or bad license plate who cops have ever shot at is kinda short. Like, approximately ONE!
