Scientology is on the decline. I am interested to see what happens to Clearwater when they abandon it.

I read an article a while back and they specifically said that the downfall of Scientology would be the internet.

Went to Clearwater late last year. That place gives me the creeps.

Probably. Miscaviage is apparently a violent little shite, and if they have any organizational misdeeds, Cruise likely knows about them.

Everyone should see that documentary. It's pretty shocking.

The HBO documentary put Cruise in as much of a bad light as it did Scientology.

I wouldn't buy the "worried about Suri' bullshite that his PR team is floating.

After I watched the documentary I thought how in the heck are Hollywood execs not affected by that, surely that will hurt his career?

Obviously I was right.

He had kids with Nicole Kidman and sat back while the church turned them against her.

Tom Cruise don't give a shite about anything but Tom Cruise.

But I don't have to tell you guys that.

so SCOTUS legalizes gay marriage and Tom Cruise leaves Scientology less than a week later?

My thoughts exactly. Cruise is thinking that the church really can't hold sucking dicks over his head that much anymore.

I don't understand why some federal attorney hasn't torn that place apart. There have been enough allegations of suspicious deaths, imprisonment, violation of federal wage and hour laws for some subpoenas.

you have to figure with his PR and media team, this is has been a long, protracted, well laid out plan of action...the date of this "leak" is somewhat by design

Haggis' documentary started this ball slowly rolling

it's also highly possible that both Miscavige and Cruise have equal parts dirt on one another, it wouldn't surprise me if this (if it actually has merit) has some mutual NDA between both parties

Tom really seems to get smashed by age suddenly. I saw him a year or two ago and was amazed how young he still looked. Saw that trailer for the new MI movie, and he looked old as shite.

Probably stopped giving him Space Elixirs and shite to stop his aging.

Rumor had it that Travolta swings both ways .... or so the locals tell us when we're in Sun Valley.

Never heard it about Cruise but it would not surprise me.

After watching that documentary, Tom Cruise has to be nuts or insane in some way, and I think John Travolta is half moron, half crazy. I honestly think this documentary might be a reason for TC leaving. He's big crazy IMO.
