It'll never happen, but this is the proposed flag for Cascadia (BC, WA, OR, and Northern CA).
It's ok.

Pretty sure a 3rd grader could come up with a way better design than Louisiana's. It's the most haggard flag by far. No disrespect to the state because it's great.
Texas has the best flag by a long-shot. If you don't agree you are just a Texas hater. You're also unamerican.

This one is a classic. Florida liked it so much they copied it.
ETA: My most humble apology Harry! I spoke before I knew the facts. I removed my original post because I exposed my lack of historical knowledge on the subject. I thought you were slighting my states flag.

It's like Arkansas's flag designer said "Ummm, red, white and blue, stars, 'Merica, a rhombus, don't forget the name and done!"

I have that same flag, less the lettering, on the front bumper of my truck. ;)

It's nice, too, but I liked the original one better. At least they changed the Indian to a Florida Indian instead of a western one.
Here's the one Palatka's own William D. Moseley (house is on St. John's, behind the Budget Inn) used when he took office:

I like California's flag.
South Carolina's flag is probably the best if you're Muslim.

A white background with a red x is a pseudo confederate flag? I didn't realize.
The x in the Alabama state flag is a St. Andrew's Cross inspired by Scotland's flag because at one point 1/3 of the souths population was Scottish.
Even though it wasn't adopted by law as the official state flag until 1895, the earliest version of the flag (almost exactly the same) was commonly used all over south Alabama over 100 years before the Confederacy even existed.
