Honestly you are probably fine without it unless you decide to compete.

That's the whole point. You're supposed to be exhausted

how many days a week you're supposed to go, what you do on other days, exhausted is great, not finishing a workout is not.

seems like you should be working with heavier weights with that 1RM

I would be if I was doing 5x5 and not supersetting with pull ups.

On the blueprint my work sets were 225-245

6 days/week

The whole issue with Arnold's workouts that I've found is nothing else stacks up as far as exhaustion/work feel wise. I've tracked 286 workouts on my bodyspace app. Everyone of them an Arnold design.

Wide grip toward you seems like it'd be slightly tough on the wrist. Idk.

I do wide grip, palms out and closer grip palms in

Same here. I was just wondering.

There was a time when I was very active with pullups, including hanging a lot of weight from my waist, and I´d switch up grips and spread......

I do pull-ups (palms out) with the bp

A few workouts later you superset more with dips. Those I do chin ups (palms in)

I may not be doing barbell squats, deadlifts, or bench presses, but I'm a freaking orangutan on a pullup bar.

If you can get 225 5x5 I think you can get 315. Most I ever repped at 225 was 10, 2 weeks later I got 315.
