I get the best of both worlds by cutting up old blue jeans. Makes my arse look right and tight and my thighs look nice and muscular. I cut them as high or low as I please.

Most I ever repped at 225 was 10

I repped out 225 10 times on my 2nd or 3rd set... not sure i can do 315 or even that close. I ended doing 260 5xs on my maybe 5th/last set. Keep in mind i was by myself w no spot, couldn't overly push myself beyond limits.

I think he´s a medium homo (he only weighs 185). I thought he was a big arse fatty who was quickly getting back in to shape.

yeah my 10 reps were after 5 working sets at 195. Only time I ever try a weight without it being after a full workout is when I'm 1 rep maxing which is usually only once or twice a year. all other personal bests and such come after full workouts so the numbers could be better.

the guys i'm comfortable with asking usually don't show up till after i do my heavy sets in beginning of my workout. Sucks but i'll usually know my limitations pretty good.

JCrew had some 5" and 7" ones online. I ordered the 5" ones the other day and we'll see how I like them.

couple things, i think i'll feel like a douche doing cleans in my gym

secondly, you do behind the neck presses, that shite can't feel good...

it takes so much damn effort coordinating those workouts with the know how on some of them and remember your different damn splits etc... god damn, i hate to be the guy walking around with a nokebook and pen.

Bnp will only frick you up if you already have some shoulder Mobility issues.

Cleans work great better yet hang cleans.

shoulder press? pretty standard stuff.

Military (front of neck) is tougher

bodyspace app. It's fricking awesome.

You add the workout to your calender. Today when I open the app it has a workout for me, it has places to enter weights and reps, and it tracks rest time. Also analyses all of the data over the life of your app.

I'll screenshot what my app looks like today.

i've done in front of neck on smith machine, shoulder mobility issues getting behind the neck. Will keep studying the mass routine... maybe i can come around and psych myself up for it.

On the links I posted there's an apply program button by the calenders. It will upload the full workout calender to your app. You never have to worry about what you need to do. Just open the app click the calender and the workout for that day is there for you.

I'm better without a hands on spot on anything other than 1 rep max.

It's mental thing. With a spot I know that I can fail and be ok. Without one I have to get the weight.
