difference is that dude had minimum 3 guys up his arse his entire career fetching his weights pulling plates etc. me, half the workout is fetching and replacing weights!

There's no good reason to do it. You don't really gain anything over normal shoulder presses, it's not a natural angle for your shoulder joint, you're impinging your supraspinatus tendon.

Sure. Some do them and never have any problems. I'd rather not risk it, shoulder injuries suck.

There are reasons why not everyone would follow ahnolds routine. Specific adaptations to imposed demands. or specificity of sport being the main reason.

As far as bodybuilding goes you can't beat the routines from ahnold, columbo, Zane, reg park, etc.
