download the 5.3.1 ap...plug in your estimated 1 RMaxes...it literally calculates every single set for every workout for you. I have my next 12 months all planned out on my phone. the only thing I figure on a week to week basis is my assistance work.

Yeh they will be. Macys sells them for like $40. Or you can order them online. Make sure to get the 6" walking shorts and not the 8.5" decks

I'm changing most of my casual/business-casual wardrobe to the whale.

I'm fed up with all the Southern this and that bs. Neuvo southern money poser shite. Real American wealth and power comes from New England. It's time my clothing reflected my status.

Variation:

What are some good mesh workout shorts (eg Nike) with pockets but that are above the knee?

Most shorts have like a ridiculous 9" inseam.

6'2 - 180 lbs (I know my legs are like toothpicks, they're strong as frick though. genetics

BP - sets of 10 I'm at 59% (185). Set of 5 72% (225) - 1RM - 315

Squat - Sets of 12 I work up from 45%, 52, 60, 65%

You only get 30-45 sec breaks, and superset everything.

I was concerned about losing strength going to a cut program after a solid year of the Arnold Blueprint so I upped the % so I'm still pushing heavy.

I've actually gained strength and weight but cut significant fat in the 2 weeks I've been on it.

Jim's a funny dude.

But as far as power lifters go my favorites of all time are Ed coan, Dan Austin, and mike bridges.

seems like you should be working with heavier weights with that 1RM. Honestly you make me want to try 315. I can do 5x5 with 225
