I always sign into the app on my pc to upload the programs to my calender. Never done it from my phone b/c I had the same issue.

This is true but I always find myself wanting to go for ONE MORE and have bitten off more than I could chew multiple times. The last time being pretty painful as I rolled it down my body so I could try and sit up

is there a place i go to put in maxes so that in workouts, it tells me exactly what weight i need for different exercises?

Not that I've found. His programs doesn't really work off %s. His whole motto is last rep failure on each workout

I follow Wendler's advice and "leave one in the tank" on most sets. On my 3+ and 1+ days on Bench I will grab some random person to spot me so I can crank without worrying about crushing my throat.

On Squats I don't even get a spotter and try to use the "leave one in the tank" method on the final set.

I don't see the point with squats. If you fail, you've got the safety of the rack built in. No issues getting low enough if it's set low enough either.

I've had it happen maybe 3 times that I couldn't get up

Don't do behind the neck shoulder presses. Your shoulders will not last. Puts a lot of strain on the supraspinatus tendon, which is the most common spot for a tear to begin with.

A lot of this depends on posture. I behind the neck press with absolutely zero issues.

I bought some real short, spandex swim trunks in Florida that I use when I guest pose or take pictures.

haven't maxed in a while. Did 225 x 10 and then 260 x 5 the other day on my last set. I'm thinking i could get 280 maybe plus a bit for one rep
