Now that I am older I'm not sure that I should have done it though...

Don't know if this is technically "revenge," but it works for me. After my first wife and I divorced, it took me 7 years to get enough on her to take her to court to get primary custody. She was a worthless, unfit, drug addict who was always there to pick up her child support check (usually early) but rarely there to get her kid. And I always had to literally pry him off my leg kicking and screaming whenever she got him. I had my son over 70% of the time (despite 50/50 custody), but I wanted to make it official so I could get the frick out of St. Bernard and get him in a better school system on the north shore. Finally she got busted for drugs, and I offered to continue paying her child support if she would just give me primary custody. She resisted, so I took her to court. She got a last minute lawyer (her cousin was a lawyer but wouldn't touch her). She thought she was still going to get paid, even though I told her once we got to court all deals were off. The judge gave me custody and took away every penny of her child support. I will never forget the look on her face when I looked her in the eye in the court room. Nothing could make up for the hell she put my son and I through, but damn, that moment was sweet. Cost her over $100,000 in future child support. She ended up inheriting part of a natural gas well a few years later, but blew through over $750K on drugs and ended up with absolutely nothing to show for it.

Glad you got your kid. I bet that was a tough 7 years.

Not really revenge though. Justice maybe.

As Tony Soprano said, "Revenge is like serving cold cuts."

In Afghanistan, I hid in a culvert overnight freezing my rear off to exact revenge. Guess that was served cold.

I have with practical jokes. I just completed one 5 years in the making.

Long story short- my buddies' fam got about 25 extra Christmas cards 5 years ago. It was a picture of his two sons at ages 9 and 13. That summer at the beach he hid those cards in all of my crap, in my truck, suitcase, etc. I collected them and saved them.

Fast forward to this summer, 5 years later- I got addresses for all his family, friends, boss etc and mailed Christmas cards to all. His boys look way different now at 15 and 18. I also misspelled addresses and generally did a crappy job putting on the labels. The facebook posts on his wall were worth it alone. I laughed my arse off when for weeks.

Subtle, but hilarious.

Yes...on here in fact. I once started a thread about a year ago on some topic and immediately The Mick chimes in with zero fricks given. So every time I happen to catch this douche start a thread or comment, I always respond with zero fricks given. I usually have thick skin, but his comment just rubbed me the wrong way that day....so frick him.

Lone black guy in my neighborhood started stealing all our mongooses when we were about 12. Knew it was him but couldn't do anything about it b/c we had no proof. Set a trap for them one Sunday, put all our bikes out in the yard and went hide inside. Sure enough two of them came steal our bikes. We stormed out the house and caught them both. Both went to juvy and ratted out the older dipshit. They told the cops that the lone black guy would tell his two little cousins when we weren't home and when to steal our bikes. They took about 10 in the neighborhood. Nothing happened to the loneblack guy yet.

A few years later when I moved away, I was drving to see my friends and saw loneblack guy on his bike. He was on the side the road where a big ditch was next to some old train tracks, so I ran him off the road into the ditch. Went to my friends house and then walked down the street later that day and stole his bike. Brought it back to my friends house and we took every piece off that we could. We were able to fit everything in card board box and then I went drop the box off back at his house and ran.

Lone black guy was wanted in Lafayette a few years ago for attempted murder. Hes been to jail a few times. I'm scared if I ever saw him now he might shoot me, if I don't shoot him first assuming I have my gun.

In high school had a buddy who was a total mooch, dude would try an eat half my lunch daily.

Was over it and one day grabbed some ex lax lemon flavored. Dumped half of my brisk lemonade bottle out filled the lemonade bottle up. He wasn't moochy that day, so had to offer it to him.

He drank it and spent most of the night on the toilet. Came in the next day asking if lunch had made me sick too.
