Already planning, think im gonna do a reverse sear on a deconstructed hot pocket with a Pappy Van Winkle Demi-glacé in my BGE

Yes. At some point tomorrow morning I will have the list of ingredients.

I have a feeling I am going to get a lot of bitching from people who won't even be participating about the ingredients.

I'm going pretty simple, easily found and cooked things, for the most part.

I want to encourage participation.
