If that BCBCS is anything like the one we drank last weekend it was well on it's way to being peppery. More green pepper than Jalepeno so far but still was turning.

FBD Dank Williams at Cellarmaker. These guys get it. Making the best beer in SF proper.

FBD is GitM

Really good beer. Nice and hoppy but not excessively bitter. Reminds me of some of the solid west coast IPAs.

I did taste what your talking about... I didn't realize those bcbcs would do that. Was still good but did seem to be a tiny bit spicey
