First page, just barely. This should rival the Gustav thread.

What did he do wrong sitting in his car to give them reason to tail?

I'm confused by this part here.

Where were you in relation to your home that the cop was able to just sit and watch you?

That's the beauty of it. If he left quickly, that was acting suspicious. If he waited around, that was acting suspicious, too.

Sitting in my car listening to music and texting is a crime?

Where did I say that was a crime? All it does is give the idiot cops with nothing better to do more of a reason to follow you if that's what they were doing in the first place. Who just sits in their car for 15 minutes at a gas station if your not waiting to buy/sell drugs? At 1 am especially

Describe the vicinity of the he c-store and the drive home from that point?

I live in small town USA. The c-store is about a half mile at most from my house. It's a holiday weekend, they have quotas, they were going to pull me over regardless, since i was the only traffic on the road

Nothing at all. But what's the point of doing that anyway? If they want to follow you they will follow you. No matter how long u sit there

But you were the one that initiated verbal contact with them. Just go in your house and they can't be douches to you.

Was the cop black? sounds like you been profiled. . In all seriousness, they were following you while there was probably someone being murdered or raped.

Actually, the police cannot typically just follow ordinary citizens around for long.

The Cops are in the wrong and all that shite and I'm not the biggest fan of theirs.

But your the one that went to jail.Your the one that's losing sleep.Your the one that's pissed.

Sometimes it's best to walk in your house and not go to jail.

My neighborhood is one long street of town houses. You pull into the neighborhood and down a slight hill to a stop sign. At that point you go left of right, but the street is straight from one end to the other. He pulled in the entrance and sat at the bottom of the hill where he could see me parked maybe 50 or a hundred feet away. I stood there watching him and he sat there watching me. He never bothers to drive down to where I was parked, he just sat there watching me

That's the point I was trying to make. In no way do I agree with what those douche cops did, but it easily could have been avoided by just simply going home...

ETA: like you said they were just looking to arrest somebody or give out a ticket...and you gave them exactly what they wanted

sounds like your cops got a lot of downtime. Shouldn't they be worried about: drugs, rapist and murderers. Sounds like you better find a lawyer this will be on your record.

I was at home. I was at home in my driveway watching cops watch me and my house like I was a criminal.

U weren't inside doing whatever. You were standing their staring at them while they were staring at you. And then proceeded to call the cops. And then told a cop "frick you". By "going home" I mean inside your home and going about your normal business

Not at all saying u did anything wrong, but you definitely didn't make the situation go away or avoid it
