You need a lawyer and get this off your record. Now that I am coaching my kids youth sports teams and helping with the youth at church I am getting three background checks a year done on me. I don't know if I would be allowed to do these activities with even a small record.

So let me see if I understand your story. Jake from State Farm gets off of work and is followed by an unmarked police car. Stops at convent store where a police dispatcher is working and reports that you were bad mouthing cops. Cops follow you home. You call to complain and another cop comes to your house. You decide to tell cop frick You and are arrested. Then you are released from jail within Two hours and the first thing you do is come to post your story on Tigerdroppings.

You are full of shite. Post a copy of your paperwork with your name and location blacked out.

Not unmarked. Clearly stated in the OP is was a black SUV police cruiser.

Dispatcher wasn't working in the C-store. As stated in the OP she was the customer at the counter who heard me talking to the cashier about the cops following me into the parking lot and checking out my car. The arresting officer is the one who told me she was an off duty dispatcher.

No denying this, and don't really regret saying it. He was very confrontational. I shook his hand and introduced myself when he pulled up. He wasn't interested in taking a statement from me regarding the complaint I wished to file. He was only interested in yelling at me for bad mouthing his officers to the cashier. I finally said to hell with it, you're wasting my time..

Why not? All kinds of dumb shite gets posted here. I just jogged 3 miles back home after getting arrested for a laughable offense. No way I'm going to be able to sleep, so why not share my surreal experience?
