Solid edit admin. FTR I was NOT guzzling bourbon or playing golf. I was diligently working like usual. Jeez.

My favorite exchange with CIT:
Rest in peace, brother.
quote:
Hey Rodent, I am from Tippytoe, and you can collect all of the CREOLE (do you KNOW ONE CREOLE at all as all of your sources had a black mama at the stove)recipes and commentary that you wish to do, and none of it will matter. The concepts of food are not to be Googled for an argument, they are to be done over a big fire. The recipes are to come from a person that is from THERE, be it Iran, Viet Nam, Russia, France or whereever. The cooking skills start long before asking for a recipe at 28 years of age.

Somebody off their meds?

Thanks for reminding me, the BP meds are on the menu(there are only a few meds that I do and one gives a good nights sleep, I can't afford the shite it cost 760/mo). If you didn't understand that typying you are a very serious RODENT.
Rest in peace, brother.

Well, damn. This just sort of ruined my day.
He was not married at the time of his death, apparently, but he used to talk about the French wife a lot. Wasn't she French. I need to go back and read some of his posts and bookmark a few tips. I remember getting some worthy info from CIT. He did have a very unique way of expressing himself. Sometimes, I wasn't quite sure what he was saying, but it made for entertainment. Sometimes, he said some really good stuff. Gave a tip on some crab base that he thought was good for stocks.

I don't know, but you could ask an admin. I thought about it myself.

Here's another not directed at me though.

This thread is about hamburgers, not about some candy assed guilt driven pussy with soybeans for a base and turkey to give it a hint of meat....

Whiny man, how many French people have you cooked Cassoulet for in your life? I have done it for several hundred so don't pull out a cookbook on my arse. I don't care who was the author.
