Ketchup. I only use mustard in remoulade and to rub on my ribs before hitting the with a dry rub. I could live without it.

I love mustard and despise ketchup and think using any sauce on fried anything is a mistake.

oh I agree completely. But good fries are hard to find. I can't eat fried fish or fried chicken with mustard either, so...

I only use ketchup to mix with horse radish when I'm frying catfish. If I were living alone a bottle would last me for a year. But the wife uses a lot of ketchup.
