Had to make the jump when I went low carb. Mustard and buffalo sauce basically the only condiments I use now that Ketchup and BBQ sauce off limits.

ketchup, I don't like yellow mustard. I do enjoy honey mustard, though and the occasional spicy brown mustard.

Who the frick puts ketchup in gumbo? That's just offensive.

Mustard is the answer because of the sheer variety. I'd probably eat less fried foods without ketchup, not that I eat that many anyway.

See, I HATE any meat in ketchup.

Chicken tenders/nuggets ... honey mustard. Ketchup is for fries and cheapy thin burgers IMO.
