I am out of the market (mostly)

....not all of it - but a large portion.
Will wait for a dip - and closely watch a couple of select stocks for a better buy in range.
I made this move without any quantitative metrics to support it....and I usually don't do that.

I did the same last week with a pretty big chunk

I've been out since 1,960 S&P in late June. Will look to buy in the 1940 to 1920 level.
I based my exit on Elliot wave, several technical indicators, and the fact I was up big on my futures position and wanted to take some profits.

I have been on the sidelines with my and employers contributions since the first of the year. Seriously considering pulling my equity holdings, 85% of total, out as well.
My target on 1/1/14, was to get back in with my cash at 14.5 Dow. The Dow today is almost exactly where it was on 1/1.
