The problem is, many times said car is not actually speeding, just a loud car. I have had the police come to my house because I was "speeding" before, but every time merely some old person who cant tell the difference between the two. Not saying this guy wasnt speeding beforehand, but many people bitch about speeding, when thats not the case.

How fast was the lambo going? I have no idea how fast he was going over the speed limit, if any. If he was way over the limit and it was a danger to people/children etc then good for the rock thrower. If it was just too loud or a little over the limit then the rock thrower is a douche. Not enough info for me personally.
