Wow you are worked up.

I have two tickets and I only go to a game or two a year b/c I live in Atlanta. I have two b/c I don't want to go alone so I can always bring a buddy. I sell what I don't use. And no, I don't sell them at face value b/c I'm trying to make money, not friends.

The tickets are offered to the public. The public buys them. In what quantities and what they do with them after purchased is their business.

Sorry you came in too late to get tickets. You're the same guy that cries when someone takes the last slice of free pizza, huh? Life's not fair. shite happens. Time to grow up and join the real world with the rest of us

8,000 something. I'm so stupid. Year after Katrina in my early 20's, I had 2 EZ plaza season tickets in my cart. Gf at the time was going to put it on her credit card, but I flaked out. Just didn't think I would go to every game and was too stupid to realize resell value or long term potential. Also didn't have the cash then to pony up for LSU and saints tickets every year, left that girl the next season too.

When did they start telling y'all numbers? Back when I was on the waiting list they didn't tell us shite.

And not ALL tix really make you that much of a profit. There's a threshold that the secondary market will bear. Especially when you factor in preseason tix. Face value on my tix is so high it's hard for me to break even most games that I can't make and try to sell off.

Should have bought tix when they sucked like the rest of us season ticket holders instead of crying about how many tix other people spend their $ on

My dad bought his season tickets right before the 2005 season. We lucked out hard on the timing, even if we didn't think so sitting in the stands in Tiger Stadium.

Ive never had trouble making money if I have to sell a game, and my tickets are pricey.

If you're in NOLA sometimes you have to get down by the dome and sell to the scalpers. You can usually at least get +$50 over face from them, and even more if it's primetime.

Super Bowl year was crazy. You could almost name your own price. I know many people who sold a few games that year and paid off a few years worth of season tickets with the profit (terrace seats mainly)

I have the cheapest ones. The ones I do sell, I sell for $500 over cost. I have in the double digits. The ones I sell, I pay all that money to the saints and it usually pays for all the tickets. If it doesn't, I just spit what is left to pay between all of us. I get put down on here for selling some and wanting more. I have a big family and some real good friends. I only buy extras if they are in my section or close to it.

I had season tickets from around 2001-2004, then I moved to Atlanta and didn't renew them.

When they announced the schedule for 2006 and we were playing Atlanta to open the Dome back up, I had to be there. Cheapest tix I found for that game were $88 each. Season tix were $112. I opted for 2 season tix. A month or so later we had Payton, Brees, and drafted Reggie Bush...BOOM...season sell out since.

I signed up in 2006. Got the call in 2007, but passed because they were 2 seats in different rows. Got the call again in 2010.

But the smart thing I did was sign up my family members in 2007, they are now around #11,900. Expect to get a call saying they have bunker club available in the next year or so.
