Are there apartments in the LSU area that allow you to rent for 1 semester?

I am graduating in December and don't know if I'll stay in Baton Rouge post-graduation. I don't feel like signing a 1-year lease when I might have to move away.
Anyone know of a place that allows you to rent for only 1 semester or even 6 months?

I stayed at some nice apts by BRCC on foster off govt street for a semester.

I had a friend who graduated in December and she had a lease for a studio apartment in Oakbrook from August-December. I'd check there .

The odds of you finding a pre-structured five month lease outside of a dorm is slim to none. Your best bet is to sublease from someone who is interning or studying abroad. Craigslist or strategically placed campus fliers?

My apartment offers leases by semester (Jan-May and Aug-Dec). You can also rent June and July month by month also I believe.
