Ive had that one and its pretty good.


I also like Peanuts Happy Kajun Seasoning..... my Parrain uses that.

Ok, thanks. I'm being put in charge of a crawfish boil today and I'm usually the Indian and not the chief. This should be interesting.

I do 3/4 jug of zatarrains, 1 7.25 oz zatarrains cayenne jar, and 1 zatarrains dry bag. I have no idea what the dry bag adds but I do it anyway.

Did 50# with Cajunland dry as the primary seasoning yesterday. Very happy with the results.
