DUI peeps are the scum of the Earth. I've had a couple friends killed by drunk drivers, and a friend of my kids has permanent brain damage. She's a young girl stuck in a wheel chair and she can barely speak after a few years of therapy. Zero sympathy for drunk drivers. If you love your bro, don't offer him an easy way out on this one.

Right, because every person cited for driving with a BAC over .08 is comparable to the instances of extreme cases. That's called thinking with emotion and not reason.
