Ok I have a few questions about Tin Roof. As much as I'd love to support them their beer doesn't appeal to me that much at all. So here are my questions.

1. Parade Ground, why don't they use community coffee in the state to brew this beer?

2. Do people at Tin Roof really love their beer or do they know things need to be tweaked?

3. What really is their best beer on the market?

4. When will they build a tap room?

5. Any plans to barrel age or produce a big stout in the near future?

Cheers!

As soon as they get licensing / permitting.

I can't really answer the rest, I do know this is on the agenda though.

Can't answer that but I know they just got a fancy new brew house that could fix some of the minor problems they have now.

I like Perfect Tin when it's ice cold.

Voodoo Bengal isn't bad when it's on draft. I'm not a huge fan of the Blonde Ale.

IMO, Parade Ground Porter, followed by Rougarou, followed by Juke Joint, Blonde, Voodoo Bengal imo.

The porter is very good IMHO. I really like Juke Joint. Also....although I'm a minority on this opinion; I buy Voodoo Bengal regularly.

PGP & Juke Joint

The rest aren't worth buying IMO (Rougarou included considering the price)

I hope they don't love it because its all mediocre at best. PGP and Juke Joint are drinkable, every other offering is junk. I have not have rougarou, though, but I hear its pricey and not regularly available.

Parish is the only brewery worth a shite in this state IMO
