Women who do all the driving in the relationship: Open for Discussion

Women who do all the driving in a relationship is not the norm. So when you find a couple who have established a new norm it is always interesting. There are two ways this thing can go. On the one hand the guy may be a Beta. On the other hand, he may be taker. The Beta lets the woman drive because it is symbolic of who is in charge. The taker is just plain sorry.
While I admittedly do most of the driving in my relationship it is not symbolic of who is in charge, it is because my wife wants the luxury of being driven everywhere. Hence a guy who does not do that for his woman is not a gentlemen, if she would prefer to be driven everywhere like a princess.

I've got a buddy who I see often on the weekends with our families and such.. His wife is always driving, finally I asked why? He's a sales rep and drives the state all week and thus the reason..

i normally drive everywhere because i'm a lot faster and i don't mind.
that being said, when i'm not pressed for time it's pretty relaxing to sit and let my gf take her sweet time getting us around town. it's a nice change of pace once in a while.

the only way i can tolerate gf's driving is if i've drunk too much to drive, so it's convenient that way.

I do most of the driving now because I have the newer more comfortable car. Before I got my new car, my wife did most of the driving. When she drives, I get yelled at for "hitting the breaks" on the passenger side car b/c she always starts to break later than I'm comfortable with.

It took me a couple of years to get my wife to drive in the middle of the lane. She would drive so far to the right that I would tell here that I could put the mail in the mailbox.

I actually do all the driving; however, my wife is a damn strong willed woman whom I respect. The flip is we listen to her music of choice.

GF drives me around most of the time. Mostly because she has a better car and dislikes riding in the truck.

My wife doesn't like driving because I comment on her clutch work too much. She's getting better though.
