And they can probably both thank you, Wick and the OB for that.
Sorry Sushi.

Yeah... I think the best we are hoping for is that he escapes from whomever has him - and they don't have their own collar and tags on him.... or he gets scanned where he gets picked up.

heartbreaking to say the least at this point....and I never thought I would say this but we certainly miss the hunting dog part of him, especially at this time of year - but we really miss him around the house... wife had a pile of left overs in the fridge stacking up that good have fed a bear waking up from hibernation.

somber birthday morning for young choupique today...donuts and kingcake.. and grizz was quite comical with those two treats in the kitchen..

Sorry to hear sushi, keep up y'all's spirits. I would assume someone has him too, which is a damn shame.

I hope you get him back somehow someway - a hunting / family companion is always treasured.

Yeah... a lot of people have been watching that area like a hawk since he vanished.... and no real sign of him other than lady at boat launch two days later.

Some of the watching involved hitting much of the area with a Q Beam too...

One person that "works" that area - seems pretty convinced he was out of there while we were even looking for him on the day he was lost. Said a couple of the folks that hunt there regularly are very territorial and they have had some issues with them and they haven't been back since grizz vanished.

Until you know for sure I would keep posters up for him year round. If he is stolen they will try and hunt him at some point.

Do you have any way to get in touch with these people ? Sure seems strange they have not come back.

nope.. tried to get boat numbers of one but couldn't..

not too strange.... only one weekend...has passed - and it is a very restricted use area. you have to have kids with you to hunt. wed/thur sat/sun hunting only.

apparently they hit it real hard whenever school was out(thanks giving and christmas)
