This thread kind of died, but I just started p90x3 for the second time. First time I was 220# when I started and ended at 195#. I just weighed myself and I'm 188#. Working on building some lean mass this time around.

insanity max 30 is probably my favorite. Do it for 2 months and eat right and you will lose some weight.

So I was doing T-25 and I thought it was Insanity. I was expressing my hatred for it because it was hard. FML. I ain't doing it.

Screw that. Never again. I've just been running and lifting weights and have seen good results.

I didn't know this was out. I'm not going to order it. Sagi needs to drop that chick and do another Body Beast.

I'm doing the x3 mass program. Satisfied with everything except core and ab work. Thinking of doing ab ripper X to supplement the routine.

Just looked back at my last post from July...I did exactly what I wanted. I joined up with my local rec center (gym) and have been in there busting my arse on Stronglifts for the last 3 months or so. Making good progress, although I think I tweaked my back recently and I'm thinking I should deload a little bit on my squats and deadlifts to be safe and not hurt myself.

I was doing reverse grip rows and I fidgeted during the move like an idiot and hurt my lower back.

Yeah I was wondering if there was a little more strength training in this compared to P90X3...looks like a good combo.

I did The Challenge yesterday for fun. My numbers were 25/12.

Anybody have a Body Beast hybrid schedule I could use? I have Body Beast, X3, and X2.

You did Body Beast? Good results? Seems like not much core/cardio, though.
