Dec/Jan $4.00/$4.50 call spreads would be a total of under $2,600 right now, and I think it gets better tomorrow.

Spreading both December and January calls is my instinct right now.

I'm going to run it by the commodities guy I use, and see what his thoughts are about an entry price.

I like the call spread as I really don't need to manage it, except maybe buy back the $4.50 calls is I think it would be more profitable.

Here we go up. I'm assuming dramatically up. We'll see, nothing ever really behaves in a common sense manner on this.

Yeah, me as well. I was going to exit the short today. I'll exit within the next two weeks. Looking to go long as per above.

Initial reaction on August contracts is leveling out now though.

I'm out with around a 55% gain in DGAZ & 35% in KOLD. Happy enough with that. See y'all next year.

Roots, you made money on the way down, make it on the way back up.

I'm not convinced BOIL, UNG, DGAZ, and all of the assorted others are predictable, or predictable enough, but natural gas is predictable within reason.

The other thought I have after watching the futures pre and post EIA report is that that shite is definitely leaked. It has to be.

I sold DGAZ today. I left money on the table but I saw some other opportunities. I was up over 80%. Still I'm sure next week I'll be pissed. It is time to start looking for cheap long opportunities though, so I'm going to try to not look backwards.

I really appreciate your commentary here, I don't think anyone else goes as in depth as you do on this board. I'm learning a lot just from reading your posts and I hope you continue to post as you do. Even though you may not get many replies, trust me people are reading your posts and paying attention. I wish I could provide a fraction to you as what you provide here, but as a beginner that's not possible.

Anyway, I thought I'd show some appreciation and hope you continue to keep us in the loop. The same goes for LSUForce, this whole thread is your doing and it has made many people a good bit of money.

Looking at this winter... preliminary forecasts are saying we could see another cold one.

LINK

Crazy to see winter futures at, or below $4
