I bought some bone in ribeyes from kroger yesterday. My normal operation is to season with salt and pepper and then a dash of worchestire right before i pull them. That works great when the steak has good marbling.

The steaks i bought yesterday have almost no marbling but they were 3.99lb. I figured someone around here would be able to give a decent marinade to give them some flavor. I will probably use the old allspice, italian dressing, and coke recipe for a couple. Anyone out there do anything different?

Im not gonna put them in the microwave. Im not throwing them in the trash. Im not giving them to the dogs.

Make some breakfast style steaks. Maybe some with bread crumbs.

Fajitas. Or you could grind em up with a little bacon and make some burgers. A food processor can be used as a makeshift grinder if you don't have one..

Cook in cast iron skillet on the grill after marinating in some minced garlic, salt, pepper, and some cab for a couple hours. Heat up skillet and dump contents. 3 or 4 min each side. Take off and cut thinly. Grill some corn tortillas and top with whatever you like such as sour cream, slaw, chimichurri sauce, cheese

Slightly freeze them to make it easier to slice them. Then slice those suckers as thin as you can and make Philly cheese steak sammiches with them. Onions, peppers, mushrooms and some cheese sauce and a good French loaf.

Age them in the frige for a month.

Just kidding about an old thread. Grind up and make some good burgers. Add some bacon fat to moisten up.

I dug thru a pile of those steaks this week. I found a pack with some pretty nice fat..not necessarily marbled, but enough fat to add good flavor and keep moist.

I just salt, pepper, garlic powdered and grilled mid rare.....came out pretty good. Not like 13.00 prime, but not too damn bad.
