I'd skip the buns and just eat the cakes with remoulaude or Cousin's creole tomato dressing. Those look good.

You should know by now that I'd never turn down a butter toasted bun with anything.
They are good all by themselves, like a tuna or salmon croquet. That night, I was just in the mood for a Sammich with my kettle chips.
