Coastal (the bait shop right before Elmer's) opens at 5am. But, they are usually there and will sell you bait before that. They almost always have croakers in addition to shrimp. Only time I couldn't get croakers, I was late and arrived at like 6:30 am. Real nice folks there. Thanks again MJ2! ...
