Which foods have the most protein?

I need to gain weight and im eating healthier and i need advice on what foods have good amounts of protein other than obvious choices like chicken.

Chicken, beef, pork and seafood are direct sources of protein.

The obvious is meat of all kinds. Particularly chicken breast, tuna, etc. They're low in fat and the majority of the calories come from protein, so if you're looking to up your protein without upping your fat much, they're perfect.

And the fat in avacados is one of the healthiest sources of fat you can get, along with olive oil and coconut oil.

seriously, spice and grill a 5 pound bag of chicken breasts, and then divide it into 5 servings when you are one. tastes great and is 80-100 grams if protein for each of those servings
