TJ Ribs on Siegen vs Count Chocula - TJ leads series 3 to 0

Stopped by TJ's on Siegen / Rag was not here / Disappoint.
Ordered:
*ChimmyChongas App,
*House salad with Ranch
*14oz t-bone PORK chop (medium) with garlic smashed potatoes
Review:
*ChimmyChongas tasted like a twice fried breadstick with #6 bird shot inside.
*No one serves a house salad with Ranch worth talking about
*14 oz t-bone PORK chop was actually 10oz, consisted of the NY strip side and zero (none) of the filet side. Ordered medium cause its pork, first served rare, returned, and then re-served well done.
Waiter did nothing but chuckle.
"Wheres the filet side ?" (chuckle).
"Its raw" (chuckle).
"Its now well done" (chuckle)
Saving grace was the garlic mashed potatoes. Damn good.
Last 3 times I've been have been a disappointment.

The only thing at TJ's worth eating is the baby backs.
