Collect some of your tears, mix with dirt to make a mud paste, coat cut with crybaby mud. Done.

Pour rubbing alcohol directly in the cut. Don't blow on it, the burning is good for the cut. Might want to mix some salt in the alcohol to enhance the sterility.
