I hope the hotel gym has enough weight.

you can always just tip the machine on it's side and leg press that. it will weigh more than the stack.

Speaking of you guys can share this laugh with me.

LINK

Is a gym from back home that recently opened up. Viewing his pictures its apparent the audience he caters to is middle aged overweight females. He has several videos posted on his page though of exercises you can do to maintain fitness. It's completely absurd shite though that noone *including him for the most part, since he only does one rep of most* especially his clientelle could actually do.

Example, clap chin ups.
One armed Dips
One Armed pulling your legs up to the pullup bar
One armed pushups at an angle

Pretty comedy

Stop doing so many reps before you try 205

MWF 1 mile at 4 mph at 12 deg incline on treadmill warmup, plus Stronglift 5x5 (Squats every workout, alternate days: bench and barbell rows/Overhead press and deadlift).

T-TH 35 minutes elliptical on random setting level 16 + 100 crunches. 4.5 miles 850 calories according to the machine. I sweat. A Lot. It's hard.

This Sat -- long MTB ride, lots of elevation change.

Alternate long MTB rides and long challenging hikes every weekend. Jones Gap SC is my current favorite for hiking.

The working out during the week really helps performance on the weekend. IYKWIM

Berg! You going to be in the gym today?

I'm going to ditch flat bench for barbell incline and I'm shooting for 225x6x3 and I'll probably need a spot.

re: OT Weekly Workout Thread: What's going on this week?

Started off light on barbell incline.

205x6 followed by 225x5x2

Not bad, considering I haven't hit barbell incline for several months. Only a life fitness incline machine as my secondary chest lift.

For some reason, incline doesn't hurt my right shoulder at all.

I'll be sticking with incline presses for the next few weeks to see if my right shoulder irritation goes away in flat bench.

Hotel gym was pathetic so I did cardio instead. Will do my legs on my usual cardio day.

Today is back and bis.

Some of you fellas are far too obsessed with bicep work. If you do rows twice a week you don't even really need to do any bicep work although I must admit I do 3 to 4 sets of straight bar curls every week because I just can't make myself not do them. When I was younger my arms were 18 inches without ever doing a bicep curl.

My back and bis is pretty much all back. There are three sets of curls in it. That's it.
