No to downtown. Tell her it's on lockdown or something, cuz you'l get your kidney stolen.

Go north to Shapley's for a steak. Or look into Char. Parlor Market is supposed to be the best new restaurant.

Walker's Drive In.

Yes,

uh, the drinks are fantastic. All I've ever done is sat at the bar and drank and had the Burger and had their fancy oysters. I'd imagine anything they make is fantastic.

I wouldn't worry about a coat.

Not THAT nice of a restaurant though. (I may be biased by the fact that they made me take off my sunglasses and they were overall assholes to our pub crawl though)

I'd show up before the show starts and have something to eat and then just drink and enjoy, but yes they do serve until late. Not sure when they close the kitchen (late). Call and ask.

They should be open still tonighta sn can tell you if you want reservations for Sat night.

Someone will be there in jeans and a polo shirt.

I dress casual, as does everyone else.

Walkers...even though not downtown has a outstanding steak, Jackson is doing their best in revitalizing downtown but I feel like that ship has sailed with the urban sprawl

OP, enjoy a great meal but nix the walk afterward. Not a safe idea.

This.

Are they featuring the softshell crawfish now? Wonderful appetizer. Been a Nick's fan for years.

We went about a month ago and I had a fantastic oyster omelette. I don't remember seeing the soft shell. They also have an unlimited Bloody Mary bar
