I like poker and play it, but I actually support the online poker ban. You only hear about the people who won money from it, but so many people ruined their lives with that. Ya I know you can ruin your life gambling in person, but doing it anonymously behind a computer screen is so much more dangerous.

I doubt there were many people who "ruined" their life with online poker that wouldn't have simply found another avenue to do just that. As far as legalizing online poker it's around the corner. Some version of online has been approved for Nevada and New Jersey so expect most states to jump on board when they see the revenue it brings in for the state just like the lottery. If you want to,talk poker your better off on the two plus two forums.

I love to play poker. I used to play a lot online and it was a good part time job. I played the low buy-in NL games. It was like shooting fish in a barrel.
I wished they would make it legal, but I was almost addicted to it for awhile and would play at night until very late.
I enjoy watching it from time to time.
