I want to give a suggestion to a friend that is going to the George Strait concert in New Orleans. Casual, but good.

I don't know why I thought Borgne was a little further. Just looked up the location. Thanks!

I haven't been yet, but I have a really good friend that works there.

And I'll add this, many of the restaurants in the CBD/warehouse district are fairly casual it seems with so many tourists walking around in shorts and t-shirts and with French Quarter Fest this weekend it will probably be even more so.

I did.
Need a FQF info thread. Think I saw one on the OT. I have to be drinking to dive in to OT threads though.

The term casual is a little too broad IMO.

You have several typo's in your Thread Title.

Should say
quote:

Anything is better than Manning's or Walk-On's that is walking distance from arena!

Not sure if it is casual enough for you, but I'd go with Palace Cafe. It is one of the "lower end" Dickie Brennan restaurants.

She's wearing cowboy boots and jeans. That's what I meant by casual. My friend probably will look a lot better than tourists in shorts and tshirts.

And she's a looker too!
