Perfect spread for sandwiches/wraps. PERFECT.

I saw a recipe for deviled eggs using hummus the other day and knew I was going to try it at some point. Sounds amazing to me.

I made some for the first time saturday. Roasted a red pepper and put it in the food processor with a couple big dollops of tahini, 2 cans of cento chick peas, some olive erl, dash of lemon, some roasted sesaeme seeds, and about 4 too many roasted red chile peppers (probably 8 total). It would light your arse afire but turned out pretty good. And was very easy even though I had a real live Lebanese in the house giving me pointers.

I've been making hummus for over 20 years, I buy some Sabra when I go to Sam's, great stuff. But I like all middle eastern cuisine, maybe I'll roast a camel one day. Kibbeh and baba are my favorites.

Nah she's Belgian or Pollock or something. The Lebanese girl was just a visitor.
