I declared my love for chicken wings a few days ago here. I'm now seriously considering pork chops to be #1 and wings #1A in my belly's totem pole of food hierarchy.

Both can be prepared numerous ways and are always good no matter how they're prepared.

What does the world renowned kitchen masters here say?

I like both, but I might give a slight edge to fried pork chops. Pork chops any other way, though, then the edge goes to the wings, but the WHOLE wings, not the wingettes and such. I like a whole intact wing. I love the crispy wing tips.

I'm leaning this way as well. I picked up 10 pounds of center cut chops at Double D the other day and can't wait to devour all of them. I cooked 3 this evening in hopes to have 2 for lunch tomorrow. I'm now out of cooked chops.

I'm not a huge fan of fried meats, but there is something about the flavor of a fried pork chop that is just perfect.

I love em grilled, baked, and fried. I haven't met a pork chop yet I didn't love.

Don't get me wrong, I could eat them prepared every way imaginable, but there's just something about frying them that seems to enhance the flavor so well.

I love a good wing but a good quality pork chop is the winner for me.
