That's the thing that gets me. They always have packed parking lots, yet are losing money. Hmmmm...

Can it get any cheaper and they still make money?

Losing money? Maybe it's the endless breadsticks?

You can buy their salad dressing at the restaurant.

Probably sent too many employees to study and train in Italy.

The OG on Siegen always looks packed when I pass by. Between OG and the Hooters knock off place across the street, it seems half the cars in SE BR are parked in front of one or the other on a given night (and all the motorcycles at Twin Peaks on some nights).

They need to take a page out of Chili's playbook and be on dat parmmesan encrusted steak.

So they'll probably follow the lead of Raising Canes, the Snickers bar, etc and simply reduce the portions while being able to ingeniously advertise that it's also good for you because they've reduced calories. Smaller portions, AND they come out smelling like roses with a higher take. Not sure if this will make up for their down slide though.

Around here: Olive Garden staaaacked, local Italian restaurants F****d
I don't get the fascination. I think of it as Shoney's of Italian food.
The thought of a restaurant like OG using cheaper food does not make me want to go there. In fact nothing makes me want to go there.
