Since revamping my diet the the last three weeks, a new breakfast for me has been the green smoothie.

My recipe:
- 2 cups almond milk (unsweet)
- 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tbs almond butter
- 1 bag of spinach

Taste like a banana-blueberry smoothie. Damn good, full of fiber, and keeps my full all morning up to lunch.

You eat a whole bag of spinach? Geez, that's a lot. I usually have a large handful. I have something similar with on scoop of protein.

I do the same but use OJ and protein powder in place of almond milk and butter.

I just put a ziplock bag full of spinach, kale, a little celery and occasional a satsuma or banana for flavor and blend it up.

Doesn't tast that great, but I figure it is healthy.

Guess I should add some protein?

I say definitely add some protein. Especially if you are eating these as a meal replacement.

Yea, I will start doing that. I also usually eat a greek yogurt after, which has a little protein.

I usually make one everyday during the week. I do:
Big handful of kale
Coconut water
1 banana
1 apple
Handful of frozen pineapples
Handful of frozen mangos

I have a Vitamix, which works awesome for smoothies
