Best Steak in Baton Rouge

The best one I ever had was Ruffinos.
I have not been to any of the fancier places yet, but was going to take the wife to Flemmings to get the bone in rib eye.
Whats the best steak in BR?

the ribeye at ruth chris is my favorite. the ribeye at flemings is also good. the ribeye at little village is also really good. i like ribeyes

Sheeeeeeit, son! Hell of a deal.
It's not in BR, but the best steaks I've ever eaten were at Stroud's Steakhouse in Lafayette. The place was voted top 10 steakhouses in America several times. I wish it were still open...

Ruth's serves the best steak in Baton Rouge. Fleming's has the best dessert in Baton Rouge and overall better atmosphere.
Louisiana Lagniappe also serves a nice Filet Tournadoes (topped with shrimp and crabmeat) and garlic beurr blanc sauce.
Lastly, not prime, but Doe's does a really good job on their bone-in ribeye and porterhouse.

Filet at digiulio's, butter steak. Simple but good.
Bone in ribeye at Tsunami.

Don't overlook the Steak Lawrence at Geno's. If you like your steak topped it's hard to beat. But for a simple grilled steak I'd have to vote Ruth's.
