I know a guy that buys a large rump roast, wraps it in cheese cloth and drops it in the boil. Delisious.

Whole chicken after you take the crawfish out for the last time...heat it up good one more time and cut it off...let it sit while you eat, then pull out and debone. Sweet chicken salad next day...

Broccoli is great in a boil. So is bok choy or baby bok choy. Really, about any green vegetable goes great in it. I don't get people that just throw whole eggs in the boil with the shell on. The shell doesn't allow any of the boil into it so you are just eating a plain boiled egg when it's done. I do like the idea of poaching and will try that this year.

I've never seen anyone do this; I've always known to just crack the egg and drop it in the boil / broth.

I love going to whole foods and buying 5-6 new york strips, lamb chops and a rack of ribs. Once I'm done with the crawfish i put all all of this in the boil. It's out of this world. Don't hate on it until you try it
please explain in detail.

Lemons Corn Garlic sliced in half. Onion sliced in half. Red potatoes. Mushrooms - small, whole ones. Sausage Baby artichokes. I barely even get to eat the crawfish since I am munching on the artichokes and sausage.
