Prayers sent for your wife's full recovery and so glad it was detected in time. Modern medicine never ceases to amaze. I lost a brother to a brain aneurism that ruptured, he lived after emergency surgery but never spoke and died almost a year later.

That's why we elected to have this repaired proactively. It's scary because unless you have a scan, there are typically no signs or symptoms until it ruptures. Then it is usually to late. I am very sorry to hear about your brothers passing. I didn't realize how common aneurysms are until my wife's was found.

I wanted to thank y'all for all the thoughts and prayers. She is being discharged today so we can get back to the land mass. From being in ICU Saturday evening to going home today is a miraculous recovery. She still has a long way to go but I am overjoyed at her progress...., thank y'all again and now it's time to catch a few fish and chase a gobbler.
