It's been a challenging day. Two neurosurgical emergencies pushed surgery back until 2pm. Our neurosurgeon, Dr Frank Cullichia, has been operating on a 20 yr old lady since 1045. She had an aneurysm rupture and came very close to death. The vascular neurosurgeon attempted to treat my wife with coils but he determined that was not an option due to the shape of her aneurysm. She is scheduled for a craniotomy tomorrow morning. She will be in a medically induced coma for 48 hours after surgery. I am so thankful that her aneurysm was discovered early . Thank you all for the prayers and thoughts.... Best board on TD
