Plan on rolling a 60qt ice chest with plastic jugs of vodka and scotch. I've read all of the old threads but was planning on stuffing a few gallon ziplock bags full of munchies. I was thinking peeled boiled shrimp, crackers and chicken tenders with sauces. Any tips?

If you double bag them and don't need to keep them in there too long (just for hauling them to the table), you should be okay.

Definitely bring food if you can. In the past they used to sell trays of sandwiches if you ate what was already placed on the tables.

I'm bringing a couple large plastic cups, a handle of Jack, and some sort of snack, not sure yet.

You are allowed to bring any food and drink items you want. They are also selling buffet tickets for $35 a head. Only issue is you have to eat the food in the buffet area, you can not bring it back to your table. The only catering choice is center plate which will deliver to your table but pricey.
