There wasn't a single public school team that won in the dome. I also do not give a shite about high school sports and the principal at Barbe doesn't have sour grapes, she didn't care that much either. It was the opinion in the room, not hers.

So is LSU Lab (U High) public or private? They are part of a public university but not exactly part of the public high school system.

This will probably work better in a place like LA with such a large number of private schools, also it'll depend on what constitutes "select"
If you go to 4 classifications and a split it might not be all that bad.

Let's just say there are plently of ways to get around it. Ask sps about their "scholarship" program for the select kids that "work" on campus.

But we should push far reaching changes because of the results of one year. Geez, how many private schools have won 5A in recent memory? Rummel was the first Catholic league team to win the state championship since the 80's.
