Not a huge fan of the idea of Ryan. He couldn't get his scheme to work consistently in Dallas with a good amount of talent.
I wouldn't mind a fresh, young mind with some new ideas. Much like when Payton came here in '06.

Even though he coached the worst defense in NFL history(yardage wise) and I was ambivalent about him returning I feel bad for Spags. Only thing he did with Payton was get hired and fired.
