Watched "Under The Great White Northern Lights" for the first time this weekend (highly recommended to any White Stripes fans) as well as "Shut Up And Play The Hits" with LCD Soundsystem's last concert. Both were phenomenal. Looking for some more good docs. Whatcha got

Slow Century
Shows are average, but the footage is great if you are a fan. Not much on Pavement on their shows in the 90's.

Anvil is so great. I'd suggest We Jam Econo, the story of the Minutemen. You've likely never heard of them, but it's a great story and kind of explains DIY American punk.

The making of Rumours is outstanding.

"Don't Look Back" by da pennebaker is the greatest music doc ever, imo, and the grandaddy of them all. Im not even a big dylan fan, but the movie is excellent.
"i am trying to break your heart: a film about wilco" is another excellent movie. again, not even a big wilco fan, but this just works really well as a story.

Pearl Jam 20 was pretty good.

That one was very interesting. It seems Buckingham and Nicks used the album as a vehicle to vent their anger/frustration at each other. Go Your Own Way is a good example.

This is Spinal Tap
"We're very lucky in the band in that we have two visionaries, David and Nigel, they're like poets, like Shelley and Byron. They're two distinct types of visionaries, it's like fire and ice, basically. I feel my role in the band is to be somewhere in the middle of that, kind of like lukewarm water."
