I was gonna have whatever Ballsy recommends as my final meal, but he's still banned. Guess I'll go with whatever CIT or R2R recommends.

Got a free frozen turkey from wife's work. Thawed it out for 5 days. Put it in a grocery bag...brown paper bag. Came out great.
12 or 13 pounds... baked for 3 hours at 350. Then let electric oven coast for 1 hour. Stuffing in bird cavity was also perfect.
No basting needed.
Hell, I did yard work and then took a nap during whole 4 hour process. This is the method I'll use from now on.
